I have perceived his brilliancy since my first visit in USA...truly a great bluegrass banjo player. Later I dared to address him and I was happy when he turned up in our exhibition booth to give our banjos a test run. It felt great when he mentioned that he had always wanted to ask me to build a banjo for him. That´s how the Spirit Steve Dilling signature model has started. Classic bluegrass banjo with standard narrow fingerboard and neck V profile. Mahogany wood, rosewood fingerboard. Standard mother-of-pearl inlays with black and white binding and concentric resonator rings.
