ORDER AND PAYMENT: Please, send the order only if you intend to fulfil it. Minimum order is 50,-Eur. (and realize that shipping can run from 20,-Eur). For payment you can use bank wire, Visa or Mastercard card. In case of your cc payment we charge 5% extra and we will send you a link where you can pay direct using your pc or mobile phone banking. Means we do not need your cc details.With your order under 100,- EUR we charge 10,-EUR extra. All prices are not including a tax. Prices can be change without notice.
We are not responsible for: We will ship our products to the address you give us. We have no way of knowing what your actual address is or if you did some mistyping in your shipping address! In general you giving us the wrong information of any kind. We don’t have any way of knowing it is the wrong information. If you are having trouble ordering or you make any mistake in order, please contact us immediately and we will fix it together.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering from Prucha Bluegrass Instruments. We will not mark our shipments as “gifts” or misrepresent the value of the items you have purchased in any way.
Shipping: We ship your orders with FedEx or Czech Post as International Registered Mail for delivery by the postal operator in your country. Once sent we will notify you by email with a tracking number which you can check the progress on delivery service website. Priority shipping normally takes about 10 business days worldwide. Occasionally we have experienced a delay of up to four weeks while your order awaits Customs clearance in your country. If your orders has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to find the package, fix the problem and keep you updated.
